About Us
TCP Venture Capital is a Baltimore, Maryland-based early-stage technology focused venture capital firm. We partner with entrepreneurs to build great businesses.
Please note that our focus is on unique technology applications; we do not invest in franchises, brick-and-mortar operations, or online retail sales.

TCP Venture Capital is managed by a team with over 140 years of combined experience.
Christopher G. College
Managing Partner
Mr. College is a seasoned venture capital professional with extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions. Over his career, he has closed more than 100 deals totaling over $2.5 billion. Currently, he leads the strategic and operational efforts at TCP Venture Capital.
Previously, Mr. College served as Head of the Private Finance Group at Stifel Nicolaus and held roles in the Private Finance Department at Legg Mason Wood Walker and its investment banking team, focusing on M&A and IPOs in technology. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment banker at Robert W. Baird & Co.
Mr. College earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Emory University.
